What Is Your Return Policy?

Unfortunately, due to the potential risk of cross-contamination we DO NOT accept product returns to our warehouse. Please dispose of the faulty product yourselves in a safe matter. We thank you for your understanding around this issue.

What Is Your Refund/Exchange Policy?

We warmly offer a 30-day no add-on cost refund/exchange on all orders. Please note: Refunds/exchanges will only be processed if the product is faulty. We do not accept change of mind refunds or exchanges.

Received a faulty product? We apologise for the disappointment 😔 Please contact us via email to advise us of the issue and we ask to please attach photographic evidence as proof of fault.

How Long Does It Take For My Exchange To Be Processed?

After your exchange has been successfully accepted we begin working hard behind closed doors to dispatch your new order as quickly as possible! Delivery should then take between 7-15 days to arrive at your door.

*Please Note: Please let us know of any additional products or changes you want to make to the order via email. You are required to cover any additional costs to the existing order.

How Long Does It Take For My Refund To Be Processed?

Awaiting a refund? You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.

Can I Change My Order?

Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and inform our team of the change request. We will do our best to comply with any changes to an order if time persists. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order if it has already been processed and dispatched.

As we do not accept any returns, we ask that you check your cart carefully before confirming your order!
